Eagles Point Cabin

Eagle’s Point Cabin is a luxury rental property in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. I started working on this project in 2018, helping establish its digital presence from scratch. I created the website, set up the booking system, and designed the layout to highlight the cabin’s best features. I also launched and managed the Facebook page for over two years.

Through consistent content, and targeted Facebook growth, we built a following of over 19,000. Website traffic steadily grew, and by year two, the cabin was consistently booked, bringing in over $350,000 in revenue. My focus was on creating a seamless user experience that made booking easy and driving traffic to the website!

Website Creation

I built the Eagle’s Point Cabin website using Squarespace, making sure it was clean, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly. I integrated a third-party booking software to handle reservations and calendar management, and added all the key information guests would be looking for: things to do in Broken Bow, detailed amenity listings, rates, directions, and guest reviews. I wanted the site to feel helpful and personal, so I included recommendations for local attractions and made sure the booking process was as simple as possible. I also worked on building trust by reaching out to guests after their stays and asking for reviews on the website, Google, and Facebook. Over time, my efforts paid off with dozens of five-star ratings across platforms and a strong sense of credibility that helped drive more bookings.

Socials

I started the Facebook page for Eagle’s Point Cabin from the ground up and wanted to kick things off with something that would really get attention. I came up with the idea to run a giveaway for 50% off a guest’s first stay, and the response was way bigger than I expected. The post ended up reaching over 2 million people, with 19,000 likes and 21,000 shares. It brought in a huge wave of interest and helped establish our page as a trusted and exciting place to follow. From there, I kept up the momentum with regular posts featuring cabin updates, local things to do, guest reviews, and seasonal booking reminders, and eventually growing the page to over 19,000 followers.

I filmed drone footage and edited a video to showcase the cabin and its surroundings. I also posted consistently on Facebook, sharing photos from guests or myself to highlight some of the best features of the cabin (one being the incredible view from the balcony!).These posts spurred traffic to the Facebook and website pages.

I helped design the logo for Eagle’s Point Cabin through a third-party platform, making sure it reflected the elegant feel of the cabin. From the beginning, I focused on keeping the branding consistent across the website and Facebook page. Every detail, from the font choices to the photo styling, was intentional and meant to make the cabin feel like a special retreat. My goal was to create a cohesive online presence that matched the quality of the property and made potential guests feel confident booking their stay.
